Had a conference in St. Louis, Missouri. And, of course, you have to visit the Gateway Arch

This is Jimmy McMillan and we shared a flight together. He ran for governor of New York on behalf of the Rent Is 2 Damn High Party. If you don't know about him, visit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rent_Is_Too_Damn_High_Party We had a nice little discussion about his ballot case making its way through the court system.

Lambert Airport

You know me. When I visit a city I have to try out their mass transit system. I have to say, I was very impressed with the MetroLink. For example, this red line toward Shiloh-Scott.

Very clean, affordable, and efficient

A nice streetcar system.

The lobby of the Marriott at Union Station where I stayed. They converted the old train station into a hotel shopping center

Here's the mall

The old superstructure of the roof still covers the entire area

The Old Courthouse

Directly under the arch. How do you know you are there? Look for the perfect circle of dirt in a beautifully manicured lawn.

Good times on a steamboat in the Mississippi
