Brightscapes: The Way To Beauty
New York City is uniquely American. It does not matter if I am walking along Fifth Avenue or Hunts Point Avenue, the world is on the street. I hear conversations in dozens of languages and catch the aroma of foods from every corner of the globe. More than 3.2 million foreign born residents speaking hundreds of different languages are the reason the city feels so alive. Every store and every neighborhood offers the chance to discover something unexpected.
For more than two centuries, New York has welcomed families like mine, giving each generation the opportunity to build something better than the one before. That spirit reminds me that it is never enough to simply appreciate Freedom. We have to help preserve it and pass it on. That is why I feel fortunate to welcome the Liberty loving dreamers and idealists of tomorrow, so they too can have the opportunity to write their own American story.
What kind of legacy are we creating for the people who will one day follow in our footsteps?
