💙 Who Do I Admire For Their Calm and Relaxed Personality? 💙

Who would be a good example for me to follow as a Calm Mentor? They could be famous. They could be a loved one. If I know them, I could ask them these questions:
  1. In moments of anxiety, how did you regain your calm?
  2. In moments when you were calm what did you do to keep that feeling?
  3. How has your definition of relaxation evolved over time?
  4. If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would you say?
  5. How have you learned to create more calmness in your life?
  6. What did you need to succeed in the past that you no longer require?
  7. What do you believe now that you didn’t before?

😎 How Relaxed and Happy Am I? 😎
TAKE THE QUIZ!

When complete, go to “See Answers” and add up the score (there are no incorrect answers). Possible results are 0–40. They indicate:
► Scores ranging from 0–13 would be considered relaxed.
► Scores ranging from 14–26 would be considered moderate stress.
► Scores ranging from 27–40 would be considered high perceived stress.

Did I score a 14 or higher? Write down the score somewhere I can easily find it later. Follow our relaxation guide at:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/allfreedom/learning_content After I’ve completed, take the quiz again to see if I’m more calm and relaxed.

NOW OPEN!!!

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Who Is My Support Group For Relaxation? 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧

Everyone wants to be happy, right? So, I’m going to join or start a Relaxation Support Group. How? By doing this:
  1. Time: When and how often will we meet: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly?
  2. Where: Will I host? Will we rotate hosting responsibilities? Should we meet at a convenient location?
  3. Discuss: Will we be informal. Or should we have some kind of plan? We could start with 1/2 hour catching up over food, start discussing that evening’s topic, and end with 1/2 hour of casual talk. About 2–3 hours tends to be the best.
  4. Group Size: Do we want to be small and intimate? Or large and active?

Need some support now? Join our Community Chat Relaxation Support Group at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/allfreedom

💛 Els Quatre Gats 💛

To purchase for your home, please visit:

Imagine wandering the medieval streets of Barcelona after a late night at a sailor's bar in 1900.  You stumble in to one of the few places still open at that time of night; Els Quatre Gats.  You were hoping to see Santiago Rusiñol, Miguel Utrillo, or Ramon Casa i Carbó debating the state of art.  In the back, a young artist named Pablo Picasso is having his first one-man show.  "Els Quatre Gats" is Catalan slang for "just a few people."  Very true tonight as you decide what snack to pair with your coffee.
