7 Things To Make Up For Last Weekend...

We met another one of our fine neighbors.  This is Kiki the Yorkie.  She was barking in the middle of the road.  Megan crouched down and said "Here puppy" and she ran over and lept into her lap.  Fierce guard dog.  She's back home with her loving family.

 Kiki likes laps

Kiki does like the grass

Thanks to Jen, we went to a Western New York Flash (http://www.wnyflash.com/) game.  This is outside at Sahlen Stadium

Pretty good seats!

CORNER KICK!

Abby Wambach penalty kick.  Did not go, but we did see her head in another goal earlier in the game.

Baby deer update:  They are all good.  Had a little bit of a scare last Saturday finding a fawn hit by a car on Five Mile Line Road.

Megan at Irondequoit Creek in Linear Park

Me at the same place

That is a really red sweatshirt...

Sgoh-Sa-Is-Thah.  Saw this sign on the other side of Irondequoit Creek when we were wandering around finding new paths.

Moving!  Not us again (thank god).  Dave and Alison got a new place and we helped them move.

Megan in "Mom's Attic" resting once everything was unloaded.

Stella seems to like the new house

Stella's also tired from a long day of moving...

Yotini's finally opened up near us (just northwest of the intersection of Penfield (441) and Five Mile Line Road at Liberty Street).  Haven't tried it yet.  Lots of yogurt shops going in lately.

And, you know what this means.  The Battle Against Beige Tyranny continues at the Bell/Kraus household.  The first coat is up and we'll finish it up this weekend.

So a Priest Walks Into Bellhurst Castle...

 photo 100_6229_zps3da8b088.jpg
Bellhurst Castle (http://www.belhurst.com/) on Seneca Lake.  Father Jack had his 50th anniversary of being ordained as a priest.

For those who don't know Father Jack, he's the priest that married Megan and I.  Here we are dancing at our reception.  It was a great 50th anniversary celebration and we were honored to be invited.

I can't wait for her to try to make this happen when she's 70-80 lbs.

I call this "Still Life of a Future Blog Post."

That's all I have this week.

APRIL FOOLS!

 photo 100_6034_zps2d398f97.jpg
Seriously, this is the worst April Fools joke ever...

What a weird day for weather.  Half the day sunny and beautiful.  The other half was a blizzard.  In between was whatever this is.

It's a good thing Karen didn't see this guy.  Look at his sad little face.  He wants to eat my sandwich so bad.

"Do de do de do...  Wonder what they are going to do in here next?" About 20 minutes later...

"GOODBYE WALL!"  Who knew making a waiting room for admissions would look so destructively fun?  You never know what will be built or demolished when you walk around Lollypop Farm these days.  Kinda fun

Prince Fielder looks really cozy wearing his snowmobile suit under his uniform during Opening Day up in Minneapolis.  It could be a good year for them.  Just another 161 games to go to see how it ends up.

Went to Sinbad's Restaurant (http://mysinbads.com/) over on Park Ave. this weekend.  Pretty good food.  Probably the quickest food service we've ever received (including fast food places).  It was as if they knew we were coming and what we were going to order.  No pics though, sorry.  No pics of the other fun activities with our friends either.  What a slacker/not allowed.  You poor blog readers have been ripped off...
Hope everyone had a good Easter.

Now, for some important national news:  This serves a few purposes: 1) To remind the American republic that there is a Presidential debate coming up 2) for my birthday you can get me Barack Obama and Mitt Romney toy pillows from the claw machine at the Topps in Panorama Plaza and 3) Topps isn't the best for groceries, but it makes up for it in entertainment.

Photobucket
Stella.  You are so good!  I think it has something to do with the water bottle

 Photobucket
ROCKY!  I think he's the fastest eater I've ever seen.

Photobucket
How am I suppose to get any work done with this going on?

The Detroit Tigers are in the post season.  So, that should keep me occupied through October (if all goes well).  I'm hungry.  So, goodbye...
