🗞📰 We Bring You This Special Report 📰🗞

Brightscapes: The Way To Beauty

Our mugs are full of hot cider as we take the path through the forest.  The red trees with yellow highlights dominate the canopy.  Sunbeams pierce the foliage more and more as we reach the trailhead at the apple orchard.  A vast expanse of rolling hills covered in trees weighed down with fruit.  People like us are so grateful for days like these.

And I'm thankful for the support of VoyageOhio.  Not only for their kindness toward me, but for introducing me to so many other wonderful and creative people.  A great example of what we can do together and I hope you visit VoyageOhio to see more.

Your Friend,

Mike Kraus

Avoid too much exposure to news– Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories (including social media posts).  Limit news to 15-minutes per day to stay informed; not overwhelmed.  It can be upsetting to hear about the crisis and see images repeatedly.  Try to do enjoyable activities and return to normal life as much as possible.

Seek help when needed– If distress impacts activities of your daily life for several days or weeks, talk to a clergy member, counselor, or doctor, or contact the SAMHSA helpline at 1-800-985-5990.
